100% Satisfaction / Money-Back Guarantee: Our guarantee applies only to window tint services performed by Patriot Auto Restyling and is valid for the original purchaser and the vehicle listed on the work order. Requests must be made within 30 days of installation. Customers must allow us one opportunity to correct any concerns before a refund is issued, and the tint must remain in its original condition, free of scratches, chips, or damage from misuse or accidents. The vehicle must be returned to our shop for inspection. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by pets, children, vandalism, accidents, or improper cleaning, and it excludes work performed by other shops as well as add-ons such as accessories or detailing unless directly related to the tint service. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after removal of the film, if applicable, and cover only the cost of the tint service (not travel or incidental expenses). If the customer invokes the Money-Back Guarantee, all window film covered by the refunded amount must be removed from the vehicle by Patriot Auto Restyling before the refund is processed. To submit a claim, call or email Patriot Auto Restyling with your invoice and vehicle information to schedule an inspection so we can either correct the issue or process your refund.
No-Fault Coverage
The Patriot Auto Restyling No-Fault Warranty provides added protection beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers accidental damage to the installed window film that is not considered a manufacturer defect, such as scratches, peeling, bubbling, or other non-defect related issues. Coverage applies only to the original installation performed by Patriot Auto Restyling, LLC and is limited to one claim per covered window. Warranty replacements must be performed using the same film style and shade as originally installed. This warranty cannot be used to request a change of shade or an upgrade to a different film type. This warranty is redeemable only at Patriot Auto Restyling, LLC, applies exclusively to the original purchaser, and is both non-transferable and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for delivering the vehicle to our facility for all warranty service. This warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the vehicle’s ownership by the original purchaser. WARRANTY SERVICE Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim, a Patriot Auto Restyling warranty service representative will inspect the vehicle and authorize a removal and replacement appointment for the affected window film. All warranty service must be performed exclusively by Patriot Auto Restyling, LLC and is provided by appointment only. Proof of purchase and the original warranty certificate must be presented at the time of service. Patriot Auto Restyling always strives to take care of our loyal customers as quickly as possible; however, warranty service may take anywhere from seven to ten business days to complete, depending on scheduling and film availability. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS The Patriot Auto Restyling No-Fault Warranty does not cover loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, towing expenses, or any incidental or consequential damages that may occur. This warranty also does not apply to installations or conditions outside the original coverage terms. Customers are responsible for following all manufacturer care instructions provided at the time of installation. Failure to follow these guidelines may void warranty coverage. **This warranty has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or refund under any circumstances. Liability under this warranty is limited solely to the removal and replacement of the affected film and does not extend to any other costs, damages, or claims.
